Picking Up an Order
Thank you for supporting Bike Works! We're working hard to get your new bike ready for you in way that keeps our community and our staff safe. Please allow us 24-48 hours to process your order. Keep an eye on your email, as we'll be sending order updates to the email address you've given us. You'll eventually receive an email stating your order is ready for pickup.
When you arrive to pick up your bike, we'll greet you through the partition in the front door. Let us know you're here to pick up an order, show us your ID, and we'll get your bike, and any other items you may have purchased, brought out to you.
If your order hasn't been picked up within 14 days of your preferred pickup date, we'll have to cancel the order and refund it to the original payment method.
If you purchased a refurbished bicycle, it includes a 30-day free warranty tune-up included. To schedule an appointment for this repair, please call our shop (206)-725-8867, 10am - 6pm, 7 days a week for appointments 11am - 5pm, 7 days a week.
If you aren't satisfied with your bicycle or new product purchased at our shop, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. We allow on-site returns of bicycles and new parts purchased through our shop/web store. Please allow 2-7 business days to receive your refund, depending on your bank.
Please contact [email protected] or call us at (206) 725-8867 to discuss returns. Bicycles will require an inspection before a full refund is offered. Returns beyond the 30 day mark will incur a 10% restocking fee.
